Jon Nelsen

Co Founder COO + Brands & Acquisitions

Jon Nelsen is the operational backbone and strategic force behind our agency. As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees daily operations, manages our internal team, and leads all brand, partnership, and acquisition efforts. With over two decade's of entrepreneurial experience spanning retail, wholesale, and consulting, Jon brings a unique balance of creative vision and logistical precision to every project.

Before joining the agency, Jon founded and scaled multiple retail ventures, giving him firsthand expertise in product design, merchandising, and the nuanced realities of running successful brick-and-mortar and e-commerce businesses. His deep understanding of brand presentation—from store layout to customer experience—translates directly into how we help our clients elevate their presence both online and offline.

In the digital sphere, Jon has spent over eight years managing brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and contract negotiations. He’s well-versed in redlining agreements, ensuring favorable terms for talent and brands alike, and crafting long-term collaborations that drive real growth. His dual background in business and social media gives him a rare ability to bridge operational excellence with modern storytelling and audience connection.

Jon is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with advanced technical proficiency in LACERT tax software. This financial acumen adds another layer of strategy to our client operations—ensuring every partnership, campaign, and acquisition aligns with long-term growth and profitability.
